This isn't worth the hassle of debate.
The Simpson's theme has been removed from the screenshots hosted on flickr. The style was created and uploaded by a Swisscenter user (moi) and is not part of the official SwissCenter package. If you are concerned about copyright issues, do not download and install any themes other than those included with the official SwissCenter package.
