I added iso to the capabilities.php file and now I see them in the movie list.
You should not be adding iso to capabilities as it is already in there! They are in a new media type 'DVD Video' (which will be removed for 1.22). So change the media type of your media loaction that contains DVD images, and select the network share that you have setup on the PCH.
