Install version of Simese after the 2.09 - 2009/11/10 14:13

I installed 2.09, I've recreated all the db update the media (in only 10 hours), everything is OK, everything works on ShowCenter and also on Egret m34a. .
The only problem that remains is the viewing of HD video mkv.
For the 720p mode, no display problem, by testing it appears that the video flows without interruption.
1080P mode, there are display problems, there are many breaks in the end the video is unwatchable.
Now I wanted to kindly ask you:
can I install a later version of Simes without affecting the reliability achieved with version 2.09.?
There is a possibility if the new flavors Simes did not do his job to make a roolback?
