 DVD isos menu? - 2008/09/24 16:13 When playing DVD isos, does SwissCenter (popcornhour a-100) show the dvd menus?

 Re: DVD isos menu? - 2008/09/24 17:02 Yes. You have to setup your PCH to have Network Shares to be able to access your iso's first. Player : Netgear EVA700 & Popcorn A-100 (081224)
Server : Vista SP1 Home Premium (Simese 2.06, SwissCenter current SVN)
Spec : Intel C2Q Q6600, 2GB RAM, 2Tb storage.

 Re: DVD isos menu? - 2008/09/26 18:56 Not trying to jump on but i have what might be a silly question....i can play the ISO on my desk top...no issues....that being said i cannot get SC to see the ISO . SC sees the MP4's (60 and counting) no issue..pulls all the data(cover art back round etc) how can view the ISO ?
do i need to specify a different location for ISO's ?
i guess this is a nit picky thing because the SC works great on the two PCH 100's i have hard wired up to different locations in the house...the family loves it it is both wife and kid friendly. but to be able to add the functionality of full menu support would be icing on the cake

 Re: DVD isos menu? - 2008/09/26 19:13 A couple of things:
1. Have you setup a Network Share on the PCH allowing you to play ISO's from the PCH?
2. With Network Share setup you can add media location to SC, media type 'DVD Video' and select the appropriate Network Share.
3. Perform media search.
4. Should now be a new option 'Play DVD' on Video menu.

Every time you reboot the PCH you must access the Network Share from the PCH to mount it, otherwise SC will not be able to see it.

Thanks got it showing up ....dvd shows as does the selection with cover art etc...when i hit play dvd nothing happens ...all the other menu choices work except the play DVD...any ideas ?
