Simpons Skin Copyright Question - 2008/02/09 13:17
Hi - I'm about to buy a Showcenter 200 and have just found out about SwissCenter. First, let me just say it looks awesome! My donation is on it's way!
However, I notice that Simpsons characters are being used on one of the skins. Fox Entertainment own the copyright on them, so I'm a bit worried that SwissCenter might get hammered by their lawyers if they find out, and we'd all be deprived of our favourite NMP software!
Am I being paranoid? I assume it's not "fair use"...!
PS: I've updated the "What is SwissCenter?" section of the FAQ (see also the discussion page there). Can somebody check it to make sure it's OK?
