Simese running Media Search - 2008/08/11 07:42 Hi Marco,

Could you explain how Simese starts running a media search. ie. how does it execute the media_search.php script?

We suspect that under some condition that it may not be loading the required PHP extensions (ie. zip) when doing this.

Thanks,
Nigel

Re: Simese running Media Search - 2008/08/12 02:21 Hi,

The media update is executed by starting php with the media_search.php file. However, I do not set the context variables. For example the SERVER_SOFTWAR and PATH variables are not set. I think this might cause some problems. It might be better to rewrite the media update call and do a normal web-request to the file so the context is the same for a normal request and a Simese update. I think I'll update this in the next version.

Marco.

Re: Simese running Media Search - 2008/08/27 08:50 I've an updated version: 1.46 or 2.0.6 which should call the media_update.php like any other page.

It is not yet public, so if anyone can test this...thanks!
