It would be possible (I think) to include US certificates within the table, however it's worth mentioning that the online lookup for movie information (actors, directors, genre and certificate) are all done against a UK source... so most of your movies will automatically have UK ratings against them.
If you're familiar with MySQL, you can go ahead and add some rows to the "certificates" table. The "rank" column controls the order in which the certificates apply with 1 being the lowest (suitable for pre-school children). THere is no maximum limit on what the highest rank may be.. and you could have more than one row with the same rank (if you wanted to combine the US and UK ratings together).
Also, if you are familiar with PHP and would like to write an alternative "lookup" module that collects information on movies from a US-centric source then please feel free... I'll incorporate it into the swisscenter as an alternative that can be selected.
